Wonderful four bedroom, three bathroom villa centrally located between Walt Disney World Resort and LEGOLAND, FL. 

This home features two master bedrooms, spa and games room.  Fully equipped with everything you will need in a home away from home you couldn't ask for more!

Two bedrooms features two twin beds. One is Mickey and Friends themed perfect for the little ones! Second twin bedroom has been updated with neautral bedding. Both provide in room televisions for guest enjoyment.  Family shared bath can also be found between the two bedrooms featuring tub/shower combo.

You have a formal living area as well as a family room in this home.  Perfect for larger families need space to spread out. Both provide televisions and the family room has a DVD player as well.

 Fully equipped kitchen and dining combo can be found at the center with a wonderful open floor plan concept overlooking the family room.  Such a wonderful feature when preparing meals, you can still be a part of it all.

Sunny Dreams Villa also offers two master bedrooms with access to the patio. The first master bedroom offers a king size bed and a separate walk in shower and garden tub in the en-suite bath.  Second master also has a large king size bed and the attached en-suite has a large walk in shower with shower bench. Both have televisions for you to catch your favorite shows.

Large pool with spa. (Please note this is a spa, connected to the pool not a Hot Tub which is separate from a pool. To heat the spa you would need to pay the pool heating charges).  Florida Sunshine can be found at Sunny Dreams Villa year round! An outdoor dining table and chairs have been provided to enjoy a meal outside as well as four lounge chairs to relax poolside.

This home is close to shopping, dining and all the area attractions including a short 20 minute drive to LEGOLAND, FL.

Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes is a beautiful gated community in Haines City, FL.  Close to many of the areas finest golf courses including the award winning Southern Dunes and Ridgewood Lakes.
About 15 minutes north of this community is I-4 which will take you everywhere you want to go from Disney, Universal and the Florida beaches quickly and easily.
Great restaurants are only minutes away and let's not forget Legoland, FL is only 20 minutes from here.

Our 1 week stay was enjoyed by all. We enjoyed walking, pool, whirlpool and quiet nights the most. We had a splendid time. Stores and places to eat close by. Pool and whirlpool were used every day and night. Enjoyed walking. Quiet, peaceful evenings.

A nice house , no noise despite the proximity to Bates Road. we enjoy the parks an when we were back we rest on the pool and the Jacuzzi. It has good games and was so near to Walmart and another supermarkets where we bought what we need for breakfast, before to enjoy the parks. Also the house was so near to the Tampa´s exit, there we went to Bush Gardens. we realy liked so much the house. we hope to go again. Una bonita casa, sin ruido a pesar de la cercanìa con bates road. Disfrutamos de los parques, Magic K a 22 minutos, y Universal a 30 minutos an con congestion en la via. y al regreso descansamos en la piscina y el jacuzzi. Buenos juegos, billar y ping png. Cerca de Wal Mart y supermercados a 4 minutos para comprar lo necesario para el desayuno antes de disfrutar de los parques. Cerca la salida a Tampa para once Bush Gardens. Disfrutamos mucho la casa y esperamos volver pronto.
